How do you use/view/whatever a build in game? (NO FLAMING PLZ)

I simply need to now how to install a DL'ed save, and see it in game?
Please no flaming.
I'm no newb, I just don't know everything yet.

You predd Esc while in game to veiw your Option menu.
there you will see a Button that sais "Load"
Press it and you will have you build Loaded in a Jip...

Poifect, but you also have to make sure that the save is in the saves folder under the correct map.
