I was wondering, what are the row/column restrictions on color sets, and how do you do transparents?
Lock'd because I got my answer.

64 colors, and make the last number lower and it will get more and more trans the farther down you go

Why is there a limit? Shouldnt modern computers be able to handle more colors?

I think it's Torque that's limiting it. Having tons of paint colors makes a lot of datablocks.
I might be wrong, so don't quote me on that.

A quick question;
I'm working on a color set right now, and I'm doing grays right now, I have it set up so it goes 1.000. - - .900 - -, etc, and the first two in the column work fine, but after that, they're all pitch black.
Explanation?

Whoops.
I just found the problem.
all the bottom seven zeroes were actually "o"s (as in the letter)
the font that I was using displayed them close enough that I missed it)
