What is this Amiga Soundpack of which I've been hearing about, and what's it's history?

Someone attempted to port this crap pack from V8, messed up horribly, caused Blockland AIDs. The host has it, it then gets spread, even if it's not execed. Then the client that gets it hosts, then spreads more and more.

EDIT: All it contains is them music that comes with Blockland. Makes loading longer.
