get stuck at connecting to loacal host I NEED BAD SPOT

my computer gets stuck at connecting local host or i should say blockland is getting stuck at loacal host part i let it sit there for atleast 5 min i cant take it no more i need a solution and fast plz plz plz plz help whoever does will get free admin at my server!!!!!
