Author Topic: The TRUTH of the making of BlockLand  (Read 2312 times)

It all started when I wanted to make a game on mac, I searched for a game maker and... and I found one.

Little was I to know the horror of what I was about to be told. So I reviewed the program I looked at what It could I EVEN DOWNLOADED A DEMO OF IT. Then..... I look at the list of games that had been made with it.... I think you know what I found..... if you don't look at the list your self  http://www.garagegames.com/products/torque/powered#TGB

And so I found out what no BlockLand member should ever know BlockLand was made with Torque Game Engine..... snif I wish I didn't know this, because now I'm doomed to walk the earth till I too make a game of this calibre.

I know its its ..... I can't say but its true :(

You're getting upset because Blockland was made with the TGE? why?

Just because an engine is available at a reasonable price to the public doesn't mean your obligated to create a game with it.

So what if it's an amazing game on a cheap engine?  Also, most people know this.
