Author Topic: The LHC will soon launch!  (Read 3184 times)

From simple logic the best we can do is turn us into energy and point us in a certain direction and materialize us on the other end. the problem is we don't know stuff about turning energy into matter. Not to mention turning energy into specific forms of matter that we can assemble to make humans that can live.

Wow this other company is now trying this also :/

They are also working on a device that transports atoms from place to place.

It is called Patruer or something.

Teleportation

Again, we have to be at the other side to do it. Unless you can show me a sentient living energy-being.

Everyone is talking about the risks of the LHC, but few have mentioned the potential rewards.

The experiment(s) is designed to further our understanding of the fundemental mechanics of the universe and the matter within it. There is a large gaping hole in our group of theories regarding matter and energy and the data retrieved from this experiment could fill that gap. The gap between planetary physics and atomic physics.

But why should we care Reactor Worker? :o  ??

The answers we get from these experiments could lead to breakthroughs in anti-gravity and matter transportation technologies. It may also reveal new methods for creating sustainable super conductors.

They are not spending billions of dollars and   "risking"   billions of lives for nothing.

Aperture Science?  CERN is Black Mesa, they have Gordon, and we've seen GMan.
