Woot! It has not directly hit my town, but it is enough to close all the schools! No school for me and it is Friday!

What the hell is Firday?

maybe about 40 more consecutive years of this, people will move away from them areas.

Glad I'm not the only person who thinks living in severe hurricane and tornado zones is stupid. Most of the areas aren't too bad, maybe a bit of wind and rain, nothing destructive, but living below sea level in a hurricane prone area? Wat

The northeast is pretty nice. Very few native poisonous animals and the most we get is snow.

There are bad hurricanes every year now, you would figure that those 2 full weeks of warnings from weathermen would give you time to drive the pathetic 100 miles to safety.
but some people suck i guess

It's all about natural selection. The stupid stay and die out, while the smart move on. Katrina was decent for Medicare. Took out a lot of the people on it, so they now have more resources for me when I get old and decrepit :D

This is a Sign.

Don't go back to New Orleans.

Yeah.

I wouldn't mind people living in the death bowl New Orleans if it weren't for the fact that the Government has to spend our tax dollars insuring homes that are guaranteed to be destroyed at some point, just because no other company will.

Ironically, New Orleans only "sank" because of the all the water they pulled out of the ground over the years so, in essence, it is entirely their fault.
