Good coverting sites/programs?

I'd say Bink, but I doubt you'd know how to use it properly.

Camera's them selfs can't record in a format, only the program used to record. I'd say, your program is crap and you need a new web-cam recorder that does more formats.

Ya...most compressor methods don't even work in bink, and most others make 10x bigger files.
