Burn it down, and build another one, then repeat this about 50 times.  Maybe after that you will be able to build something that will get you into some clans.

WIPs have been accepted, it's more important that you show the skills that USSR wants to see than that you finish the build in some cases.  But it does has to be big enough for them to actually see that you know what you are doing.
