Hi i need bad help because when i try to down load addons it says win rar is not free and i will have to pay 20$ for winRaR i have a windows Vista and if you have any anwsers plz do so!

1: Add-On's use .zip's
2: You don't pay for Add-Ons, because they're user-made and paying for a stuffty one will cause problems
