Author Topic: Dedi server.  (Read 2265 times)

I've been putting off running a dedi server, because I don't know how to change the map from bedroom, how to have more than 8 max people etc.
From what I have figured out, you can change this in a file config/server/prefs.cs or similar, but it's not there for me.

D:

If it's not there, you're screwed.

You could just join and change it

I thought dedis use your previous BL settings.

Only for the server name.

Osht.

Open dedi, open normal BL

Needs moar separate IPs?

You can open dedicated.bat and then open the game, it doesn't could as double-login or anything so you won't D/C.

Does it mess with that in v9? It shouldn't matter seeing how the dedi isn't a player

Ahh.

IGSO time :D
Thanks guys, locking.

Unlocking due to popular demand

Fooly uses Dedicated servers.

Steps:
1: Open dedicated.bat
2: Open Blockland.exe (or other file you use to open, ex .bat)
3: Go to server and...I guess IGSO works, it's more annoying to do crap from console.

Above is for others to understand clearly...

And Ethan, may the force be with you!
