easy... name couple brick (like many brick boom )in house/building you want to destroy then make other brick away from buidling (for safe)
event: on activation named brick spawn projectile tank shell or rocket (tank shell is better)

if you want to make them in sequence or whatever, have one on activate and the rest on blownup.
