Exactly. We have no idea how much they've loaded, and what they haven't loaded. So that's one of the dumbest questions you can ask, every time someone does that, I perma ban them. I warn them in the welcome message.

When I jion  server  normally say "ello" and what for me to spawn, well sometime if I've been loading for a few min. of no one as said anything, I will normally say "ello?" just to see if their not afk.
