How long should a place take to load?

It takes like 100 years for any place to load, I have good internet broadband, why is this happening??

First few loads take a while, also oggs take forever.

It also depends on the server's upload speed.

And the server dedicates most of the upload speed to clients already in the game, and only a little bit to uploading files to clients.
