I personally follow Eastern Orthodox Easter and Christmas, but that's it.

Indeed, I know of that. But it's not logical. It's literally impossible for them to know when it's going to end. Noone ever thinks "Maybe they just got tired of Writing dates, and thought 2012 was a good year to stop".
