My two biggest reasons why stealing avatars is wrong.
1. Someone else made it and you are using it without his/her permission.
2. Most members have possibly seen that avatar before and it will make them think that the poster is the the original avatar owner is posting. wtf?

If signatures were enabled and people actually asked for permission to use someones avatar and said that they were given permission to use the avatar in their signatures, then I'm pretty sure the whole avatar stealing business would close.

Stealing someone's avatar is not the worst thing in the world or in this website. So,  LEAVE MY AVATAR ALONE!

So because stealing an avatar is not the worst thing you can do, it's ok? Because it is not as bad as trolling/spamming the forums it is generally acceptable? Does that mean that armed robbery should not get someone arrested because it is not as bad as murder? Or that arson should be overlooked in favor of protecting the masses from hijacking a plane and crashing it into a building?

You are right about one thing, though. A couple of crappy topics ago you said that Badspot will ignore all PM's sent to him. Maybe you're not complety right, but he will probably not side with you because of yours. He may go and post it here for laughs.
