I've been getting this error recently that says "You already submitted this post! You might have accidently double clicked, or tried to refresh. ", i did nothing that it says i may have done, to get past it, i gotta go back to the topic by hitting the back button and refreshing the page then posting

By the way, "accidentally" is spelled wrong

I get this a lot. There is a way to avoid it, but it's so loving annoying.

I get an error like this one alot, I go to log in to the forums to post and it says "The last posting from your IP was less then 20 seconds ago", even though i just logged in. And it makes me wait.
