I don't know how to make vehicles and weapons and pretty sure it requires some kind of mod, Im sorry if this has already been posted but please give me a list of needed mods thank you!!!

Um... you do know what a mod is don't you? it's a modified version of a game. It only uses it's own art with the same engine so no "mod" is needed for vehicles. all you need is a 3d modeling program, (such as QuArK or milkshape) and a text editing program (notepad). You also need to be a non-noob.

I am not a troll, I just like Avenged Sevenfold (but trolls are cool) I am not a noob either I just thought it might be a mod because there are always different versions of this game that might have a vehicle editor: example RTB has weapons, thanks for your advice to me everything appreciated.
