to omega's riddle: a piece of your mind?
No, It is a concept that is held physically. The word it's self is a concept, but the action it takes is done physically.

Here's one I made up: Ar bas is unda atak.

Describe what I said, or say it differently. REMEMBER: I just sounded out the words not spelt them

srry for repost people ignored mine D:

ar=our, bas=base,is=is,unda=under,atak=attack
Our base is under attack.

What makes up down, short long, hard easy, and riddles scribbles?
Bump

Yay bump! I luvs this topic.

Heres one:

Can three things turn into seven without being taken apart in anyway?
Yes or no and explain your answer.

Put a male and two female rabbits in a cage, feed, want a tiny bit, and bam, 7 rabbits.  :cookieMonster:

Real answer: Have three piles of legos.  Thats three things, then combine them so that they make seven different things, only combined, not separated.

Real answer: Have three piles of legos.  Thats three things, then combine them so that they make seven different things, only combined, not separated.

You mean, take three piles of legos, then change them into seven different piles?

No, You can combine the 3 piles into one, then turn a pile in half to form two.

2 + 1 + 3 = 6 and all together 7

And for those who I have not told or have not figured out, the answer to my riddle was a promise. For you give people a promise and in order to keep true to your word, you keep it.

That is like taking it apart. I'm sorry for not being clear, here is the list of thing you cannot to to "take it apart:"

  • Divide in half
  • Cut into pieces
  • Anything that defies the laws of physics

The way you and laremere are describing it makes it sound like you are dividing the pile in half. Unless you can explain more about how you can turn one pile to form two without dividing in half, or anything of that nature, without taking it apart, I am deeming it wrong.

How about having three piles, two with two legos, and one with three legos.  You have three piles, then combine them to make four legos.

But then you just have two piles...

Crap, I mean 7 legos XD

Crap, I mean 7 legos XD

Thats not fair though, you said you started out with three piles, but you end up with seven legos. In other words, you have to stick with what you start out with, not change it...

I'm sorry, again, for not stating everything clearly.

Heres a hint:
Think geometry.

Multiply the length, width, and height of something?

Multiply the length, width, and height of something?

But you still have length, width, and height...
