Can't install add-ons.

I Downloaded an add-on, Saved it to the add-ons folder, Go to enable it, And it is not on the Enabling list. I have tried everything, And nothing will work. Is there a way to fix this? Or am I doing something wrong?

Save it in LocalDiskC:/ProgramFiles/Blockland/Add-Ons

Save it in LocalDiskC:/ProgramFiles *Where you put Blockland Directory in*/Blockland/Add-Ons

And you don't unzip them into Add-Ons, you put the zip in it.
