It's a beginner's tool for creating MMORPGs. It comes with a nice selection of exterior models and creature models/character models. The scripting in it is very basic so it requires little or no experience. You have to pay for the full version which comes with more editors. The demo has some of the tools but the full version has all.

Sadly some handicapped little kids get ahold of it and make eye bleeding models and textures :(

You can make custom stuff. Plus, the default models the game comes with look HELL alot better than the galleries pictures which were obviously not made by the developers of RC.
