That doesen't answer the qustion of what Edd's world is. All that tells me is that one of the characters at some point gets drunk and vomits.
http://eddsworld.co.uk/And yes, Tom does get drunk in several episodes if i remember correctly, Tom is the one with big black dots as eyes and a blue sweater, Edd is the one with the brown hair and a green sweater/jacket thing, Matt is the one with the brown hair, and red sweater, Tord is the one with te orange hair and green sweater
Edd's World is also funny cause they have British accents, it just somehow makes it funnier, to me anyway
