¿Why can't I start my own game AT ALL?

Does anyone know why i cant start my own game i cant start a single player server a lan server or a online multiplayer server.
I think it might be something with the ports but i looked in advanced config at start game menu and saw a blank space called port.
If anyone know what i put in there or what i do to forward ports in diff way plz tell
