You already can, lol.
EDIT:
Use five handler bricks, and the brick you're clicking.
Do an ifItemInSlot and check for each slot (do NAMED BRICK, one for each handler).
Then on each NAMED BRICK, put VariableTrue -> setInventory.
Use the slot number the handler checked and set it to "NONE."
