How do I download Mission Editor for Blockland v9?

Plz could someone tell me how to download the Mission Editor for Blocklnd because I've tried everything and I can't find it  ... So could someone plz PLZ PLZ tell me how!?

It already comes with v9. You just have to edit your shortcut's target.

OK but I did the "-mod editor" thingy but it didn't work! I pressed f11 and f10 and nothing happened!! Help

make the -mod editor go after the quotes no "-mod editor"

when i do that it says it cant find the target when i press apply

It didn't say that to me but when I press f11/f10 it doesn't do anything, lol I also found out that you have to write the program and I'm only ten - eleven now - but my dad's helping me to find out ^^

in v8 somewere i found a download for the progam but v9 delleted it
