Ports Forwarded, still not working.

I forwarded my ports, the exact ones that needed to be forwarded. People still cannot join my game. It's left dead in the server list. Care to explain what the hell is happening? I used to be able to host.

First, whats PING? Your ping is dead and thats probaly why..  But I dont know what to do with PING

I have that forwarded and I can host. Strange, because on my other router it had to be 28000-28032.
