its based on whats in the bank and you can base it on what all of the shops are making.

Needs moar Jobs and more larger cities.

I.E. Build small highways that direct to far places of slate and find you in a new city to build in.

Or just make a teleport.

You need to make the police baton not cause crime...  I tried jailing people, i hit sumone, and i got jailed myslef...
