I have to restore my computer using Farstone RestoreIT light, I got a major hackware virus and I'm getting forgeted up university ads. I may lose a lot of my blockland stuff, and most of my computer will be OBLITERATED.


 Any tips on what I should back up/do? Also, if folders are in ZIPs, will they not be erased?

If the zips are deleted, then so are the folders, put blockland, and other valuable stuff on a cd. then restore your computer. then put the stuff back on. If theres a virus, then the virus is from something on that cd.

 Yeah, but most of my CDS are too small to hold all of my saves. Crud.

 ZOMGWTF my computer is beeping. It does that every 5 minutes or so.

 Ok. so everything is uploading to Mediafire.


 I have two choises:

 1. Restore my computer back to when I first turned it on when I got it. Everything will be gone, but I will still have my blockland stuff on Mediafire.

 2. Restore it back to a week ago. I will still have a few things (Ok, I cut into this because I just got a random "OMG! NO WAY!" Smiley thing. Just the sound. Nothing else. CREEPY) installed, but the virus might still be there.

 When I was playing blockland, and something called "ULTIMARE" had an error report and shut down. Then I got a University ad. Then my computer started beeping like a forgeted webpage. And now....


 Its back to normal, I restored it to number 2. The hackware is gone. I think it came with that stupid program I downloaded, I never trusted it in the first place.

 Everything needs to be updated again. I actually just restored it to September 27.
