This is pretty much my first large scale build(as in it takes up the whole bedroom.) everywhere is accessible via events, so no use of jets should be necessary. and if my build is actually good enough (yeah right.), then i am not trying to get into any clans. (9000+ bricks used) the Resort includes a lot more than shown, including i think 6 rooms?
