I'm pretty sure my friend has the same exact one.

How do you play with both sides of it?  Ha ha, I just realized how perverted that sounds...

The top neck is a twelve-string and the bottom neck is a six-string. The purpose is to be able to instantly access both in one song. Take Stairway to Heaven for example: he does the intro on the six, the verse on the twelve, and goes back the the six for the solo. Another example is Hotel California: the intro is obviously played on the twelve, but the same guy also does the lead licks and most of the solo.

Edit: Both necks are typically in the same tuning.

I'm busy enough getting decent at a 6 string. Have fun with 18 on one guitar  :cookieMonster:

It's really awesome. You can use a Line Out/Line In cord (It's a cord with the headphone part on both sides that works any way.) with any other music player that plays music with a Line Out port with the amp.
Basically I can use my amp as a speaker for my computer, laptop, radio, iPods, iPhones, whatever.

You can also do that on a normal amp using an adapter on one end of a double ended 1/8" jack.

lovey.

Edit: You know a lot more about guitars than I do, I'll just shut up.

But seriously, a combined guitar and bass, yes/no?

whoa,thats an EPIC WIN

No. You switch around on a double neck. A guitar and bass part has to continue throughout the entire song...  in most cases.

This is 2 times better then love.
(Hence the dual necks.)

I can see my house in there! :D
