There is really no way to ban cougar from the master server considering BS doesn't own it, individual mods could release the mod with his ip banned.

Hey men, and women. Cougar/Aliendu4 may have spammed some servers, may have been an ass, but if you look at every other game's forums, there is always that one person who acts the same. So, there is no reason for him to be banned. Hate me if you want, but he's been a cool person, except the racism(that's not cool) ever since I've met him.
