I forget the exact words, but you use it with some command line thing, kind of like adding the -mod editor to blockland. There should be instructions on the site or in a readme file. Read them.

map2dif is not a map editor, its a program that converts .map files to .dif files, hence the name.
Get something like Torque Constructor.
