Multiplayer games and single player games have different settings for event quotas, check your lan quota and then report back.

Attempting to use aiConnect("Bot"); (argument is the name) crashes the game instantly.

Creating a bot (AIPlayer through script or a Vehicle Spawn), giving it a new AIConnection() client (+ setting client.player and a name) and then killing it crashes the game instantly.

Addition to the second one, this seems to occur when the game tries to send a message to the AIConnection via messageClient(). I'm making my AIConnection-based Add-Ons include a package function to disable messgaes to them, but this should probably be fixed in the engine somehow.

aiConnect("Bot"); crashes the game with no error.
Code: [Select]
==>trace(1);
   Console trace is on.
Leaving ConsoleEntry::eval() - return
Entering ConsoleEntry::eval()
   ==>echo(aiConnect("Generic"));

You may have figured out by this point that the AIConnection class does not work properly.

Well, I'm trying to make a system to use server or event-controlled bots, but ideally they'd have a client so they would work with other Input events or mods - would there be any way I could do this? (I don't think a GameConnection would work with the authentication checks or need for client controls input)

Two words: Buffer Overrun.  If you don't know what that is, it happens after you download a ton of addons and when you try to host a game a window comes up saying "Buffer Overrun Detected".

That's a feature.  To prevent server crashes.  Or to say you have crap-ons.

That is most likely because he has at least three add-ons that are crap, and cause errors when executing.

when entering some games windows shuts down blockland saying theres a problem i dunno if its windows being gay or if its blockland

I get invisible things sometimes like the back of my hammer or some doors. Even my guy is half missing. It makes the game half unplayable. There was a fix a LOOONG time back, except it messed up the player shadows, I don't care for the shadows anyway. I can't seem to find it so I'm putting it in here. I have an ATI card with the omega drivers, they new drivers seem to fix it but they like to crash on games like Oblivion and Fallout 3 so I'm sticking with Omega.

Bug on my guy: I cant set more then 3 emitters or lights on my server even when the highest emitters/lights/items is 5000+

Its starting to piss me off, cause on dedicated servers I cant place ANY emitters or items, and saved only by the add-item event.
