In the v9 i was able to jump and jet with the space bar but in v10 It wont do that does anyone know how to do it pleaser help it's makeing me mad

Just use Right Click and Space at the same time, it's not a difficult concept.

Options -> Controls -> Bottom right box -> Use jump/jet combo

go into controls and find "jet" and change the selected button to something thst you can press in sync with jump and movemet. i consider q(righteys) or e(leftys)
