If you already own a Blockland authentication key, you will still be registered when updated to v10 - you do not have to buy a new key.

If you do not, then the game will be updated anyway, giving the new fixes/changes, but you will still be in Demo Mode with the 150 brick limit and no online play.

It's both, it will say Demo when you download it, but once you put in your key, it will allow you to play the full game.
