Today I shall take you back in time to about two years ago.
This is quite a long story, so I suggest you get some popcorn or something.

Ladios Metsuvaru was sitting at lunch with his friends one day when a short, slightly nerdy, and cute asian girl walked by in a Legend of Zelda shirt. Ladios thought this was amusing and complimented her, as he really had not experiance with girls who played videogames; Ladios had been adopted into a group of preps in his first few days of school as he had just moved back to California. He went out to the movies with one of the prep girls and met Roxas, Leone, and several other people. The girl was afraid, however, of an actual relationship and they decided not to continue it. Ladios later asked a different girl, Rose, out to the Homecoming dance with him. Even after a few dates, Ladios felt very little connection to her and decided it would be best if they were only friends.
After a while he began to know the girl with the Zelda shirt, Lian, better. He eventually found out she had a crush on him and asked her out to the Winter Formal dance that would be in the up comming Februrary. (It was currently December, but winter break is three weeks long). She said yes, and the two of them got to know eachother better. He learned of the anime club and occasionally went so he could spend time with her.

Ladios's 16th birthday came about, and he and Lian went to the movies and saw "Happy Feet". While it was cute, it was still somewhat irritating that Ladios had to see such a childish movie on his 16th. Meanwhile, Lian's best friend, Kairi, was dating some guy who happened to have a birthday right after Ladios, so Lian was telling Ladios about her Kairi's boyfriend and stuff. Ladios didn't really pay attention sence he did not know them and figured he never would be involved in that sort of thing. Later they went to the dance, and it started raining. It was rather romantic, and their first kiss was in the rain, the clouds illuminated by the lights from the valley, the sky a golden blue. It was wonderful.
Ladios introduced Lian to Blockland and Lian showed Ladios all sorts of anime and stuff. Even with this, however, they were starting to grow distant. Ladios was beginning to get worried that Lian would break up with him soon. That was when he met Cookies in his PE class. She was rather cute and funny and such and Ladios began to get a crush on her. Things began to get more tense between Ladios and Lian. One day Cookies told Ladios that she liked him and Ladios said he liked her as well.
Ladios didn't want Lian to be hurt and they were already drifting apart, so he decided to end it. The very next day, Ladios went over to Cookies house, where they played videogames and stuff all day. In the middle of a game, Cookie started leaning on Ladios... things kinda escalated from there. In the middle of this, Ladios's phone rang with his prep friends calling him, thinking he was at Lian's house. Ladios began to realize on the spot that he ended something great.
After a week or so Ladios broke up with Cookies and asked if Lian if she wanted to get back together. She was more than happy to start over, and things were good for about a month. There was something missing this time around, and eventually the two decided it would be better to be just friends. Ladios tried asking out one of the prep girls that he hung out with, but they felt it would be too awkward for anyone inside the group to be dating (a slap to the face, as Ladios was the only boy in that group). That summer, Ladios hooked up with Cookies again but realised that she did not like him for anything besides how easy he was and how he looked. He just did not connect with her on the personal level he wanted to. Ladios still talked to Lian on occasion and she would sometimes mention Kairi and how awesome she was.

The next school year started and Ladios spent virtually the entire time complaining that no girl he liked liked him back meanwhile Cookies was still trying to get him back with her. The first dance of the year he met up with many of his friends from the previous year including Roxas. He danced with Roxas, the first time he actually danced with a girl, and such. Cookies had brought a different boy to the dance, but he ditched her and she was depressed. While Ladios was trying to comfort Cookies, Roxas randomly came up and started holding his hand. He was a bit flustered, however after the dance, Roxas said she just does that to random guys and never really meant anything by it. Until this point, Ladios has always viewed things as special. Girls were some way for him to be happy or whatever. He was rather disillusioned now. He eventually gave in to Cookies but after she tried making out on the first date, he decided it was too much and said no again.
Some time passed and the Homecoming dance was coming up. Lian invited him to come with her and her friends. At the dance, Ladios couldn't find Lian and gave up and went outside. All of the people he hung out with were there except Roxas, Cookies, and the two prep girls he hung out with. Ladios tried dancing with these random people he didn't know but eventually gave up and went inside the gym where they had inflatable obstical courses, a mini arcade, and the food. From across the gym Ladios saw a girl standing by the Dance Dance Revolution machine. She was wearing a beautiful blue dress and had long wavy black hair.
Ladios wanted to get a better look at her and moved closer. She glanced over in his and he was sure she was looking right at him. Ladios walked cautiously so as to not attract attention. As he went around the inflatable obstical course, Ladios saw that Lian and her friend, Waka were on the DDR machine. This was great! It gave him a reason to go over there. As he arrived, Lian just finished playing some song on extreme or whatever and got an A. She complained that she missed a few arrows and turned to get off the machine. Lian saw me and said hi. After exchanging pleasentries, Lian realised she never introduced me to her friend, Kairi. Ladios turned to Kairi, who looked much more beautiful up close, and saw her smiling at him. He introduced himself and Lian tod him about how they knew eachother from school the year before I went there. She was now going to another school in the valley but they kept in touch all this time. Something about Kairi just kept Ladios interested. He felt like she should have known her all along.
After a moment, Lian started playing DDR and Ladios went off to get something to drink, Kairi went with him to get to know him better. After talking some more, Ladios decided just to break his shy-guy attitude for that night. He challenged her to the obstical course thing. He ended up winning by half a minute. As they walked back to the DDR machine they came across a very disgruntled looking Lian. As Ladios, Lian, Kairi and friends wandered around the dance, playing various games and such, Lian kept glancing at Ladios with a genuine look of annoyance. After they circled the gym, Ladios offered to take Kairi outside to dance with him. Lian sighed very obnoxiously and went back to playing DDR. As they left the gym, Ladios saw Lian glaring at him.
Outside, Kairi and Ladios danced for a couple minutes until breaking away to a less crowded area where a trailer with guitar hero and other games was set up. Ladios asked Kairi some more questions about her life and such things. Ladios learned that Kairi had a boyfriend that she was with for a very long time. She liked her boyfriend very much, but recently he had been ignoring her and growing distant. She didn't want to give up on him though. Ladios told her it would probably be ok, and she should keep hope. After a while they went back inside to a very annoyed looking Lian. People started clearing out of the dance to avoid the closing traffic and all of Lian's friends had left except for Waka. The last song played was "Every time we touch" and Lian dragged Kairi out to dance the girly trance song. Kairi got Ladios to come out with them and they danced for the last song.
After, they all walked to the gate to go home. Kairi complained about being cold, so Ladios gave her his jacket and held her to keep her warm. Lian basically gave up being upset about this and just ignored them. At the gate, the gaurd yelled at us for taking so long to get out and forced us to walk faster. When we were in the parking lot Ladios said goodbye to Waka and Lian and was about to leave when Kairi randomly pulled him toward her and hugged him goodbye. After a few seconds Ladios looked up and saw Lian looking pissed off again and realised he was still hugging Kairi. Blushing, he said goodbye went back to the car to go home.
School went about as normal, and Ladios met some new people to hang out with, after the prep group began to fight within themselves. He met Misa, but only saw her as some random hyper thing. Holloween came up and Kairi asked Ladios to join her for the haunted house things at Six Flags. There he met some of her friends and got along with them quite well. She said that her boyfriend wasn't able to come and Ladios kinda felt releived by this. Over the course of the night, the two walked closer and closer together. The last maze thing they went in, Kairi was holding his hand the entire way through. When it was over Kairi, Ladios, and one of Kairi's friends were wating in the parking lot. Kairi again complained of being cold, so Ladios held her close and stuff. He felt rather flustered but happy at the same time. A car came by and he thought it was her father, and he jumped up so as to not be seen holding Kairi. She told him that it wasn't her dad and he sat down again still nervous, but didn't hold her again. Time passed and they talked occasionally on myspace.

The next semister, Ladios found Misa was in one of his classes and started talking to her. He began to get a crush on her and one day asked to hang out with her during lunch. She introduced him to Light and Loliet, and he hung around awkwardly. With them for some time. He had a slight crush on all of them at one point or another, but never let on. He finally decided to make a move on Misa and bought a box of choclates for Valentines day. At school though he suddenly diverted course and gave it to Loliet. Misa began bugging him about liking Loliet and such. Light began to hang out with them less frequently and eventually just stopped showing up. Ladios thought she was just ditching them, but it turned out she was hanging out with other friends of theirs. Misa and Loliet started hanging out with this new group, which just so happened to be where Roxas and Cookies had been. Ladios was introduced to people he never bothered noticing before and began to have even more friends. He eventually decided to make a move on Misa and bought her a $40 customized bracelet for her birthday. She ignored him for about a month afterwards. Meanwhile, Kairi had appereantly been going out with a different boy now for a while. She still seemed kinda woried about her relationship though, but Ladios again assured her it would be ok and that she would be able to do whatever made her happy.

Summer came about and Ladios worked trough virtually all of it. Over the summer, Cookies moved away without warning, and Ladios had very little contact with any of his other friends. At the end of summer, Ladios and Lian went out to see a movie. After leaving they went in the book store and looked at manga together for a bit like they used to when they went out. Ladios felt kinda awkward but happy at the same time. Upon leaving the bookstore, two random girls asked Ladios and Lian if they were going out. Lian said no and Ladios shrugged. He realised there that he probably would never be able to get another girlfriend that liked him as much as Lian used to, but he and Lian would never be able to work out again.
School starts again and Ladios hangs out with his friends some more and meets new people
including one girl, Tifa. Ladios begins to write down his occurances with these girls in the
Ladios's Girl Drama series on the Blockland forums, so as to keep track of all his happenings.
The first dance of the year comes about and Ladios meets Misa, Loliet, and Light there along
with several others. They play a few games and then dance later. Ladios still has a crush on
Loliet and tries to dance with her but she wasn't too thrilled and he eventually gave up and
went to sulk in a corner. Light finds him and bugs him to start dancing again so he just kinda
stands there swining in time to the music. Light starts dancing with this one dude who kept
glaring at Ladios, he didn't know why though. Misa sees Ladios by himself and tries to dance
with him but he begins to feel flustered again and walks off for a while. He eventually starts
dancing again toward the end.
At school he has come to realise Loliet just doesn't like him like that and he realizes that
he is ok with it and proceeds to try to not like any girls for a bit. That of course doesn't
happen. One of Ladios's friends told him that Misa still liked him. He asked what she meant by
still and his friend explained that Misa appearantly used to like him. Ladios asked Light
about this and she said Misa never actually liked him like that and Ladios was settled with
this answer.
Ladios also found out that the dude who was glaring at him at the dance, wasn't glaring at
him. He also found out the dude wasn't actually a dude, but Light's friend Mello who happened
to be a girl. Not only this, but it turned out Light liked Mello. Ladios entertained the idea
of Mello asking Light out, mostly because it would make Light blush tremendously. By the end
of the week they were, infact, going out. Ladios was happy for Light, that she found someone
special for herself. Unfortunately, the rest of the school didn't share in his happyness. One
day, when Light and Mello were sitting together, a group of kids started watching them and one
even tried taking pictures. Appearntly the fact that they were going out and were both girls
was reason to single them out. Ladios personally wanted to kill them all himself for making
Light feel bad, but sadly he couldn't. The security gaurds eventually had to get the crowd to
go away, and Light and Mello were not allowed to be as close in public, which pissed everyone
in the group off.
A week or two passed and Ladios found Light really sad. He asked what happened and discovered
that apperantly Mello cheated on Light. Ladios and their friends comforted her. She apperantly
still trusted Mello, though, and took her back within a few days. Things went good for another
couple weeks until some random person claimed that Mello cheated on Light again. Ladios was
very irritated at this, but the proof that it actually happened was rather inconclusive. After
a while, though, they finally broke up and decided to stay as just friends.
Meanwhile, Ladios found another one of his long-time friends, Olette, to be sad one day. He
asked what happened and found out that Olette had discovered her boyfriend, and Leone, asleep
in Leone's bed. They both were fully clothed, but she was still angry at Leone about it.
Ladios just tried to comfort her. A few nights later, Ladios was attempting to flirt with
Roxas as he does on occasion, when she told him that she and Leone actually did do stuff
together. Ladios was rather angry, not because of Roxas betraying her and Ladios's friend, but
because she told him about it. He was faced with a decision to tell Olette or not do anything
and spent a very long time thinking about it and had reasons to do it and not to. All in all,
he was very stressed out. Eventually he went with what he beleived to be the morally right
choice and told Olette. She was understandably upset about it. Ladios then had to tell Roxas
that he told Olette, and she was understandably upset at Ladios about it. Appearntly, Leone
was planning on telling Olette gently so that she would not be sad about it. According to
Roxas, Ladios screwed everything up. Ladios agreed and rather hated himself for it.
Eventually, Roxas forgave him for some weird reason and Olette cheered up again.
Ladios's friend, Rose was also feeling rather down alot, so Ladios began to spend his open 7th
period with her. He eventually found out what was bugging her and realized from her, how good
he has life. So what, he hasn't been able to find a girlfriend? Here was his friend who had
this whole other side to her that no one seemed to know. One thing Ladios did notice was how
she also seemed to be alone but it didn't seem like it bothered her too much. In any case,
Ladios did his best to make her feel better.
There also was this Tifa girl that Ladios knew. She appearantly had been friends with Light
and Misa and Loliet from back when they were in middle school. Tifa seemed to be very cool.
She was always very opinionated and often times quite mean, but whenever Ladios was feeling
kinda down, she would notice and try to make him feel better (and if she couldn't then she
would demand it rather angrily). Ladios began to like Tifa but he knew she would never like
him back and decided to just try to ignore this attracting. The operative word there being
"try". He tried often to tell Tifa how he thought he might like her but kept deciding not to
last minute. Light sadly was not any help in this situation sence she didn't know if Tifa
liked him, and if she did, she probably wouldn't tell him to protect him from doing what he
did to himself about Loliet and Misa.
On the forums, Ladios kept attempting to get advice, though he normally didn't listen to it
anyways, as it was often complete crap, through telling these tales. He continued trying to
help his friends whenever they had girl issues or boy issues or whatever and worked to make
everyone as happy as he could make them. Ladios began to become depressed, however. With all
the people around him going out, he still didn't have anyone for himself.
One day, out of the blue, Kairi started talking to Ladios again after reading about the Roxas
and Olette problem. They talked about times past and updated eachother on what was going on in
their lives. Ladios found out Kairi wasn't going out with anyone again, but didn't think
anything would happen as they had tried to meet again several times but failed miserably every
time by someone cancelling last minute. Kairi wanted to go to the movies with Ladios, so they
could get caught up again, but Ladios didn't beleive it would happen. It did. They had a
wonderful night, they saw the movie Lakeview Terrace and afterwards had Sushi. They hung out
win the book store together for a bit and sat outside for a while, holding eachother the
entire time.
