zombie mod drown feature not working

[m4r!0 64 (hl2 fan)]

I was on my server in v10 and I tried zombie mod but i kept seeing sitting figures of people on my server with the help symbol above their head but it said they were dead so they would respawn and the body would still be on the ground and they would never go away even if I killed the mini game. I have tumble on death so i turned that off and nothing changed so I have to turn drown off for some reason so if you have an idea please help.
