What do you mean the brain can't process the word "of?"
He means, and its true, when you're reading, your brain assumes words are there, and you don't actually read small words like "of" and "the". Also works with words which are misspelled. Therefore, when you're reading that, you don't actually read the word "of", except the fact that you were actually looking for F's.
