that happens in some games when its loading,and its really ticking me off.i have all requirements,have one of the highest graphics cards,and have a lot of memory left over,and my computer's completely lag free.how the heck do i fix this?!

Its sometimes a bad mod. other times it's graphic requirements.

If you load any of the GSF nyc maps for example you have to turn vertix lighting on.

It is an addon issue most likely. If you can remember any addons you installed sense the last time the game worked. Turn them off then try them 1 by 1 to figure out which one has the issue. Then just delete the file from your addon's folder.
