Disk drive won't load disks (The stock disk drive), and can't log in to be used.

You could try resetting the BIOS.

Or...insert your OS disk and attempt to repair the system files.

If that doesn't work then reformatting is your only option. It's not ignorance to say "reformat" because if you can't boot in Safe Mode and what I suggested above doesn't work, then you are forgeted.

This is why we can't have nice things we keep backups of our data and don't let brothers be handicaps on the internet.
