You can make your own vehicles for BL, it just isn't as easy, however BL vehicles do perform better.

You really want to have to buy accessories? You can get free ones in BL, it just so happens that most of the people talented enough to make accessories realize that it is a petty addition to the game and doesn't really improve the experience.

Roblox is about as "free" as Runescape. Sure you can play for free, but you give up a huge number of features to do so. The developers demand a $5/month fee for you to have access to some pretty important features which to me sounds worse than $20/lifetime for every feature.
