Dr.Tails and steam

Well the beloved Dr.Tails has had his account hijacked and the person was chatting with me, the handicap who hacked it using a premade program he didnt make, which im not stating what it is. I only know of it because i googled the clans name he put stated when i asked who did this. Now tails is scared of his steam account being VAC banned soon. He was about to fap and this happened. There is 28games on tails account right now. He only has two options for when L4D comes out, Get a new account then get it or don't get it.

and for the tl;dr people:

Tails also already told VALVe about it. They got him a response.

I can appreciate your frustration in this matter; however, our system has confirmed that the ban was applied legitimately. A VAC ban applies to the account regardless of who was using the account at the time.

It does not matter if you let someone use the account, or if the account was being used without your knowledge. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account against such activities.

I am sorry, the VAC ban on the account will not be removed.

Well, at least once he gets his account back (if he does, hopefully), he will still be able to play Garry's Mod on any VAC-secure server. (If he gets VAC-banned)

Steam is stupid when it comes to vac bans. If some one steals your account and gets you vac banned steam support doesn't care about the victim. I was banned from a server on TF2 for hacking, and I wasn't even hacking.
