This is pissing me off, when I go into a server by myself, and I want to build... this message comes up with "Building is currently Unavailable" ALL. THE. TIME.

Either, your in a minigame, or you have server build trust/rights on wrong.

By any chance have you downloaded the ultimate challenge?I have and I had that same problem.Simply delete because ultimate challenge restricts you of building.

You dont need to delete it... only disable (Uncheck) it.

Heres a Few Options
1. Turn off Ultimate Challange Script if you have it.
2. Type This Code 'SetBuildingDisabled', 1); in Console
3. Well... i dont Really Know then.
