I'd like to make an rpg mod
but i have no clue what to do when it comes to modding.
anyway!

OKAY

I want to make  a RPG mod.
  -I need a GUI
  - set XP rates
  - make it where there are bots that run around and when you kill them you get money/XP
  - make dungeons
  - set up shops (prices for items)
  - Level requirements for weapons
  - Classes!

It is called growing up. He has, you haven't. Ephi would willingly give a page long explanation of everything he has over you. He has to others. I am sure he does this just for fun, as I do some times too.
