Im thinking of makeing an oblivion Rpg and i might need help building this

Houses
stores
roads (midevil looking)
The tower in the imperial city
Weapons
i need some special weapons if someone can make some of these
Bow and arrows (5 types with different damage ranges)
Sword (5 types with different damage ranges)
A staff that the longer you hold it the more damage it does
Maces (2 diferent types)
Dagger (4 different)
Fist (for hand 2 hand combat)
Battle Axe
Axe
Pick axe
Prints
Sword picture
bow and arrow picture
magic picture (like a spell book or wizards hat)
$ sign for jobs
Other
extended weapon/tool dock (for ablility to get more weapons and hold on to them probally 5 more
Cash mod improvements able to set a brick to purchase a weapon with money you have
a mod for killing enemies gives you X# of money
a mod for making quests
a mod for cutting down trees
a mod for mining
a mod for bots talk to you for quests (example you go up to the bot the bot talks a little hen gives you a quest)
a mod for pick-pocketing
