Is Zombie Mod a virus?

I heard by this guy that I shouldn't get Zombie Mod because it is a virus. I don't know if I can believe that... I think it sounds a little crazy.

When you install a blockland mod, you do not run any executables.  You just save a zip file that contains some data files.  The worst thing that could happen is that it messes up your Blockland game and you'll have to re-install.  It's not really possible for it to mess up the rest of your computer.
