Which are your favourite sauces and "types"?

If you're not sure of what type of pasta it is, check here.

My personal favourites are Aglio Olio, Alfredo and Pesto w/ Linguine or other random pasta types. I don't care much about types though.

There are no really good places to get a good pasta(that I know of) in my area, so I've always viewed pasta as a generic meal good for any occasion. I'm sure there are some climaxic sauces out there though.

I'm partly Italian so if it has noodles and sauce, it's good for me :D
