I think if he's only advertising at people who have already paid for Blockland, and he himself has paid for Blockland, then there's really no problem. Its not like you can get a refund on Blockland or anything.

Maybe then he'd consider some moderators. Then after they're all banned and the money is collected, the place can be kept cleaner afterwards.
