Hmm...search hates me again... so I'll ask here.

Do the downloaded add-ons from other servers become usable on my own server without having to DL from this site? Or I have to manually get every single one?

You manually get the ones you want from the addon forum.
The ones you download off other people's servers are in folders and not ZIP's, so they are therefore unusable.
