The fact that you think your internet is 100MBPS and "cheap" just convinces me that you have no clue what you're talking about.  

I'm not talking about my ISP. I'm talking about my network speed.
So, 100 Mbps would be cheap because it requires just a router and an ethernet cable.
54 Mbps is from my wireless, or sometimes less when it gets low signals.
My ISP provides 10 Mbps downloads, and for upload, 640 Kbps.
